Life Happens! Law Of Attraction Success Principles

The Law Of Attraction requires that success follows several steps.

1.  Intention.  Every day you need to TAKE TIME  to VISUALIZE your success in great detail and with clarity and fervor.

2. Action.  You need to establish a daily routine of putting into ACTION the success you are visualizing.  You action need not be extensive if your time is limited, but it is important to make it consistent and persistent.

3. Responsibility.  You need to take responsibility for your life.  Not just your life as you have it planned out, but especially your life as it happens.  All sort of things occur that would derail us from our goals.

But we always have the ability to respond to these occurrences in a manner that will bring us closer to attaining our goals instead of throwing up our hands in abandonment, which circumstances would seem to dictate.

Be grateful for all that comes your way.

Every thing is purposeful and helpful.  Even if you have setbacks in your relationships, health or business… these setbacks will teach us many things if we approach them with true and sincere gratitude.

I’ve personally found that the deepest level of gratitude can only be understood in terms of faith.

So be in touch with your faith.  It’s not an aside in your life or in your business.  It resides squarely at the heart of the matter.

If you follow through with all these things, then you should be of good cheer!  Rejoice in your labor and know that your success has been attained… not by reaching a particular goal, but in living a life of sincere faith and resolute action to the best of your ability.  That, in and of itself, is your greatest success.

Once you have established this inner peace, you will release all tension.  While it’s great to be determined, do not confuse tension with resoluteness.  Tension is painful and destructive.  It will never lead to success.  Focus on your intention, and release all tension.

Your destiny far exceeds your personal efforts, and you need to harmonize with that higher path, and release the “stress” on your personal struggles.

These are just a few very basic Law Of Attraction principles that I try to weave into the fabric of my success journey.

How do you apply Law Of Attraction principles in your own life?

I’d love to hear how you respond when your life happens!

    Hola David!!

You can have, do and be anything you want, we have everything we choose, no matter how large, we all work with one power, one law, Attraction, whatever comes into your life you attract what you it is attracted to your life by virtue of the images you hold in your mente.es as simple as this: I like attracts like, so you become what they think most of your time
You must have positive thoughts in our lives ..
Thank you very much for this beautiful article ..

    Hi David,
Everything happens for a reason, and we are in life in a place we have put ourselves with our actions.
The Law of Attraction is one of the most important law in the Universe, some people don’t belief in that, but no matter that it continues working…
I love to do visualizations and then, take action to get what I want.
    Thanks
    David

Everything happens for the reason that we intended it to happen. And you’re right, Raisa, it continues working whether we believe in it or not!

    David,
What stuck out for me in this post was Responsibility. We have to be responsible for how we choose to live our lives, our reactions to the twists & turns life brings, and then decide what we are going to do next & go do it!
    Thanks for this great post.
    Take care,

      Glad you came by, Becca.

I like what you say about Gratitude. That used to be one of my biggest problems. I’ve had goals ever since I can remember. I was always chasing after something, and thinking life will be better when…

It hit me one day my life was passing by me as I was going after my goals. Goals are important, but even more important…ENJOY THE JOURNEY…the good the bad the ugly

    • Posted by David Merrill on July 20, 2010 at 4:56 am

I don’t even think it’s so much about enjoying the journey, Nick. I think it’s about giving your best effort in the process, fully exhausting your God given talents to benefit your brothers and sisters, each step of the way.

I guess it’s what I’d think of as sacrifice… and being grateful to be able to give yourself… something wholly unique… to the process. Maybe that’s really the only goal.

Thanks for dropping by. I always like to hear your perspective.

Hey David… really liked your post and yes the Law of Attraction is always working. Now… your blister: Well… everything that happens, happens for a reason and you have to ask yourself; “what is the lesson to be learned?” David… I don’t think you will wear those leather sandals on your next 5 mile hike. What do you think?

Hi David! I really enjoyed your video and post. I love your little puppy too what a sweety. I sure can see how he could be distracting. Yay for gratitude! I have been having a lot of hurdles in my personal life which I now have been reminded (thanks to you) about attitude of gratitude. It’s such a nice way to turn that frustration which just hinders us and gives no productivity into free flowing positive energy promoting more things to be grateful for! You communicate very nicely and I feel really absorbed watching your video. Thanks very much!

Hey Yamuna, I’m so glad to see you here!

Gratitude sounds like a cliche, but when you really internalize it… you WILL become a different person. And that will certainly impact on your business as well as every other aspect of you life.

But first and foremost, it will free YOU from struggling, and move you into growing, easily and fluidly.

    Hi David!

Your insights on the Law of Attraction are very appreciated. Like in the principles of Attraction Marketing, “learning to attract” is a whole process that goes from discovering what you want to do, to discovering yourself in the others you want to collaborate with. For sure a busy learning curve…

The whole idea of “modeling your reality” by the process of thinking it, is embedded in most of the Thinking Systems in the Eastern as well as in the Western culture. No doubt humanity has known this for a long time, although sometimes we seem to be unable to coup with this statement.

On the other hand, the idea that states that “Every thing is purposeful and helpful” points to the necessity of taking action on “the present” and considering the past just as what is is: a set of experiences that somehow, constitute raw material to be processed and improved.

Great post! Thanks a lot for sharing!

I love your description of the past, Omar. “Raw material to be processed and improved”.

Now that alone was worth the price of the ticket!

Thanks for your insights. I always appreciate them.

  • Posted by Christy on July 20, 2010 at 7:40 am

    David,
Been thinking alot about this one myself. Life does happen but the distractions, challenges and often unexpected opportunities are what make it interesting:).They certainly make for good stories! The more action we take towards our goals the more likely that we are faced with both challenges and the unexpected opportunities. Those opportunities are the “gold” we all seek!
The pup is precious! Thanks for sharing.

    Great message here David!!

Life happens and everything happens for a reason. Great shift in the mindset and people should really learn from you and do the same. We all have choices in life, we can either live, learn, grow and be grateful or…
…fight with life, be misrable and stay stuck.

You definatly got your exercise for the day. As for the blisters, be thankful that you are healthy enough to walk all those miles! Just be sure to wear more comfortable shoes!!

PS…your puppy is adorable, hope to see more of him/her.

    Hi David,
Love this post! You asked how the Law of Attraction is manifesting in my life and I can tell you that just in the last couple of months, lots of positive things have been happening that I can only attribute to the LofA. I am meeting people who are supposed to be coming into my life, and I am doing work that I am supposed to be doing. Faith has played a central role in all that I’ve been doing, and will continue to do moving forward.
Love your energy and spirit, David!

Hi David ~ Excellent points, and each one is pretty powerful!! I am someone who takes 100% responsibility for my life, yet I know that means nothing if I also do not first have intention and take action. And, as you mentioned, you really need to be grateful for events, things and people that come into your life…everything does happen for a reason, and whether or not you realize it, you are ultimately responsible for what does come your way… Christine

    • Posted by David Merrill on April 19, 2011 at 12:33 pm

Sounds like you’re in the right place, Christine. Realizing your responsibility… your ability to respond in your own way to anything that life brings you… is paramount to success. Keep it rollin’ and you’ll get to where you want to be. And be grateful for all the stumbling blocks along the way. They’re there to teach you what you need to know.
