There are many pioneers of this vast internet world who have messages to bring, services to offer, even products to sell that could truly have a major impact on our world.

The first problem they encounter, though, is “how can I get people to listen?”

Have you been screaming out your message but nobody hears?  Nobody comes by to read your blog posts, or view your videos?  Nobody leaves comments or joins in the conversation you try to bring to the table?  Do you struggle to find “friends” on Twitter and FaceBook?

What To Do When Nobody’s Hearing You

The answer to your dilemma lies in making your voice loud enough that it can’t be missed.

To do this, you need to find community… what we call a blogging alliance or, more commonly, a syndication “tribe”.  If, by the way, you’re not familiar with what “syndication” is all about, it’s simply a method for sharing content like blog posts with each other.  A very simple (but powerful) example is when I comment on your blog post, then you comment on mine in return.  That’s the sort of syndication that a blogging alliance or syndication tribe will do.

You may be a pioneer, but when faced with the rigors of the wilderness, you need to join a community of other pioneers who can help each other tough out the barren winter and protect themselves from bigger and stronger beasts of prey.

What To Do When Nobody’s Helping You

Who will stand watch while you sleep, or give warning when disaster lurks?   That is to say, what sort of automation tools are available to drive traffic to you?  What sort of technology can you use to amplify your voice, and to spread it across the world with just a few keystrokes?  And what are the pitfalls to be aware of?

Your tribe will help you with all of this.  They will bring you up to date to use the latest technology to put your efforts on cruise control, while steering you clear of the hazards that eat most internet pioneers alive before they even make a campfire.

Blogging alliances and syndication tribes are built on the foundation of tribal community goals and shared values.  They bring you the assistance and expertise of others who have tread this wilderness before you, and have clearly marked the trails that will most directly get you to your destination.

Your Syndication Tribe Is A Shining Light In The Darkness

Members of my tribe come from all walks of life.  From all ethnic and religious backgrounds, and even from different continents on the globe.  Yet, we all share a common experience.

We are all pioneers.  We have left the comfort of the big city… the BOSS with a paycheck, the apartment above the deli, and the token for the subway.

The very first thing we encounter is the VASTNESS of the WILDERNESS.

We feel small, overwhelmed and barely suited for the obstacles we face.  We question ourselves for leaving our comforts and familiar lifestyles behind us.  We wonder if we should have listened to our families and friends when they warned us that we’d never survive out here, all alone.

Tribes Can Turn Your Blog Into A Beehive of Buzz!

The second thing we encounter is the strength of community.

In order to survive the first brutal winter, we huddle together with our new tribe mates.  We establish a community where we give each other a voice to be heard.  We visit each other’s blogs, view each other’s videos and friend our tribe mates on FaceBook and Twitter.

This gives us “social credibility”.  The time will come when “strangers”… people not in our tribe… will notice all the activity on our blogs and in our social media streams.  They will want to know if we are credible.  They will look to see if we are getting comments and social activity.  And, of course, they will find it.  Lots of it!

Comfortable with the social credibility we’ve displayed, these new visitors will jump right in and join the conversation that we have begun.  Eventually, many of them will join our business opportunities, buy our products, read our e-books, sign up for our online workshops and so forth.  They will hear our message, join our vision and become the basis of our new business.

But not until they’ve seen the activity we generate through our tribe affiliations.

Be A Pioneer, Not A Hermit: Join A Blogging Alliance or Syndication Tribe Community

Tribes are groups of like-minded bloggers who form a voluntary alliance for the express purpose of giving each other seed traffic and comment feedback.  The purpose of this is to lend “social credibility” to your blog.

Social credibility for your blog  functions as your online “reputation” so to speak.  The more people see you attracting attention through comments from other readers, retweets of your post, facebook shares of your post and other forms of network syndication… the more credible they perceive you to be, and the better reputation you gain as a blogger.

Can People Find YOU on Google?

This “reputation” goes beyond the mere perception of your value within your niche, it also leads directly to higher ranking from search engines, primarily Google.  You should be doing things to improve your search engine rankings, because the better your ranking, the more likely it is that people will find you when they search for topics within your niche.

The techniques you employ to improve your search-engine rankings are called search-engine optimization (more commonly referred to as “SEO“) techniques.

One of the most basic, yet powerful SEO techniques you can employ, is to make your blog posts attractive to readers.  Ultimately, you attract readers to your post by offering them value in the form of the information, enlightenment or entertainment.  Initially, though, you must get readers to visit your blog, or they will never even know what value you can offer.

What’s A Tribe?

This is largely the focus of tribal syndication.

People are far more likely to click on to your blog if they see you listed in the search engines, notice that other readers are tweeting about you, or retweeting your posts or facebook sharing your posts.  This, again, is one of the primary functions of a tribe.

To the extent that a tribe gets buzz going about you, about your blog and about the value you can offer to visitors… to the extent that your tribe generates that interest in your blog, you will gain a reputation online as a person to go to for whatever services or products you are promoting.

So whatever your niche, be it health products, work at home strategies, improving your marriage, finding a lifetime partner, or anything else… you will become a credible expert and go-to guru to the extent that you develop a super-syndicated blog.  To do this, you really need to find a tribe to get you the recognition you will need to gain the success you are looking for.

How Can YOU Join a Tribe?

Create Your Niche

Decide WHY you are blogging to begin with.  Who are you in the photosphere?  What do you have to offer?  What is your burning passion to share with others?

This becomes the basis for your Niche.  It is what you have to offer.  It is why people will come to read your blog over and over again.

Are you writing a cookbook that you want everyone to know about?  Are you sharing secrets to make money in real estate?  Are you an affiliate of a great product or system?

It all begins with your deciding what you will offer on your blog.  That’s what your blog will feature.  That’s what you’ll post content about.  People interested in your niche are the ones that will visit repeatedly and become your friends, clients and customers.

Create Your Personal Blog

Now this is not such an easy thing for most people, myself included… at the top of the list!

But it’s not difficult at all if you know where to turn to get techno-savvy professionals to do it for you.  If you want a blog created for you by my affiliate blog design team, check them out anytime.

These guys can have you up and running with a beautifully designed and fully functional blog in mere days… and you’ll be shocked at how affordable it is.

On the other hand, if you know html and coding and are up to the challenge, you can create your own blog.  It doesn’t matter WHO creates it, as long as it gets done, gets done right and gets done quickly so you can start on your journey to being a successful blogger.

Create Your Faithful Following

Now this is THE step that separates the bonafide blogging superstars from the wannabees.

Most people can define their niche and develop a blog to present their ideas in fairly short order.  But the majority of people who do, end up with nice blogs that have great content… and NOBODY reading them.

You might be trying to sell a beautiful car with super low mileage that runs like new.  But if you lock it in the garage and never take it out, who’s going to see it?  And if nobody sees it, who’s going to buy it?  I don’t care if you live on a super highway with 10,000 cars trafficking by every 5 minutes.  Nobody’s going to see it.

But what if were to open the garage door on a sunny day, get 50 people parked on the side of the road, all standing in your driveway pointing at your car and talking about it.  Do you think some of that passing traffic might slow down to see what’s happening?  When they do, and they see your “For Sale” sign, do you think some of them might stop, get out of their cars and walk up your driveway for a closer look?

This is the same process for creating buzz and excitement about your blog.  Simply set up your blog, give it some content, and find faithful followers to visit it, comment on it, tell others about it on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.  Don’t you think that will attract a lot of attention to your blog and bring you rapid success?

Of course it will.  So now, you only need to learn the SECRET for getting those faithful followers.

The secret is… Join a TRIBE, or Content Syndication group… or whatever else you might call it.  Without taking a lot of time now to discuss it, I would invite you to link on some of my other posts about the power of tribes to make you an overnight sensation in the photosphere!

Basically, when you join a tribe, you join forces with other bloggers who are all committed to visiting each others blogs and syndicating each others’ blog content everywhere in the Social Media, and directly on  the blogs themselves.  The process is simple.  It won’t happen without your effort and diligence… but it will happen if you get involved and start making it happen.

I want to blog but I don’t know how to set up a blog. And no, I never heard of Squidoo.

I’m ready to blog but do not have the web design skills to create a blog. And no, I never heard of Squidoo.

I’d like to have a blog created but I’ll have to wait until I have the funds to hire someone to set up MY blog. And no, I never heard of Squidoo.

I can set up a basic blog, but I notice most bloggers have Facebook buttons and Twitter Re-tweet buttons to help them syndicate their blogs. I don’t know how to do all that. And no, I never heard of Squidoo.

HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF SQUIDOO?

I have had more than a few friends, downlines and clients use the above reasons for stalling their efforts to getting started on their personal blog sites. I HAVE ALREADY HAVE A BLOG, IS SQUIDOO FOR ME?

Absolutely!

One of the big benefits of adding Squidoo lenses to your online presence is that Google gives high priority for Squidoo lenses. That means it has great search engine optimization features that catch Google’s eye faster and more effectively than the majority of personal blogs.

So, whether or not you have a personal blog, it’s time to create a Squidoo presence to further enhance your online visibility.
